🏆 CC 🧭 🔵 | Self-Growth | You Are Not Waiting for Permission Coach Clear, 10/01/201811/01/2026 You are not waiting for permission. You are waiting for someone to say “you are ready.” And they are not coming. Not the expert. Not the manager. Not the audience. Not the “one person who will look at the thing and say yes, that is good, you can show it now.” They are not coming. And you have been waiting for them for 13 years. And the 1000 posts are in the drawer. And the drawer is getting heavier. And the “I am not ready yet” is getting louder. But here is the thing: you are ready. You have been ready. You have been ready since the kitchen floor. Since the receipt. Since the car stopped in the parking lot and the words came out and you did not want to do it and you did it anyway. You have been ready since then. And you have been waiting for someone else to say it. And the “someone else” is not coming. And the “I am not ready” is not about readiness. The “I am not ready” is about: if I show it and it is not enough, then I am not enough. And the “not enough” is the fear. Not the readiness. The readiness was never the problem. You do not need a “feedback box.” You do not need an “institutional office.” You do not need a “commercial budget.” You do not need a “traditional supervisor.” You need to open the drawer. And pull out one post. And read it. And ask: is this mine? And if the answer is yes — that is the permission. You gave it to yourself. You gave it to yourself on the kitchen floor. You gave it to yourself in the car. You gave it to yourself every time you wrote the sentence and did not show it to anyone. The permission was there. You just did not pick it up. And the “eye-to-eye” thing. The “lift up your chin” thing. The “present your honest work to the world” thing. You do not have to do all of that at once. You do not have to “stand firm.” You do not have to “reclaim your vocal sovereignty.” You just have to open the drawer. And pull out one post. And publish it. And the world does not end. And the “not enough” voice will say “you are not enough.” And you will say “I know.” And you will publish the next one. And the “not enough” voice will say it again. And you will publish the next one. And the voice will get quieter. Not because it is wrong. Because it is not the only voice in the room anymore. You are in the room. And you are the one publishing. And that is the eye-to-eye. Not a posture. Not a chin. A fact. You are here. And you are doing the thing. And no one has to tell you that you are allowed. The drawer is not a vault. It is not a “safe space” for your “finest work.” It is a hiding place. And the hiding is over. And the door is open. And the one post in the drawer is enough. And the one post is the permission. And you do not need anyone else to give it. This is part of Coach Clear. The slow, honest work of finding your way. coachclear.net 1. Inner Growth, Learning, and Creativity (PFJs Blog) 5.
